I’ve struggled with my weight since I was 13.
From a young age I was often judged for my weight, which affected my confidence and fueled a cycle of comfort eating to cope. I still to this day remember the exact hallway, the unkind comments referencing my weight during my sophmore year in high school . It slammed my self esteem and I even became bulimic in desperation to lose weight. 
For over three decades, I lived in a cycle of defeat, trying every diet out there—low fat, no fat, intermittent fasting, keto, even diet pills. I’d eat too much, then too little, always chasing results that never lasted. I lacked confidence in social settings and constantly felt uncomfortable in my own skin.
Every failed attempt left me wondering: Will I always struggle? Will I always feel this way? Is mediocre health just my reality as I age?
Then EVERYTHING  changed.
I discovered that there is a way to break free from dieting, stop fearing food, and still lose weight—without sacrificing my mental or physical well-being. By making just 1% progress every day, I began to heal.
I lowered my cholesterol by 40 points and am off medicine. I lost 27 pounds in five months. I gained energy to fully live. That same strength made recovery from a total knee replacement easier and helped me through my breast cancer journey. I stabilized my blood sugar—and, with it, I healed my metabolism and my mind.
Fast forward , I'm navigating a little unexpected weight gain and challenges of being on a hormone blocker after radiation, I know this isn’t a setback—it’s just another opportunity to level up. Because my why is stronger than ever.

Food freedom is within your reach—you don’t have to live in fear of what’s on your plate. Food isn’t good or bad; it’s simply fuel, and learning to nourish your body without guilt and restriction is where real freedom begins!
