I’ve struggled with my weight since I was 13, for over 3 decades I regularly lacked confidence in social situations and just felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I would eat too much or too little or intermittent fast, eat low fat, eat no fat, take diet pills and even did keto.
All the “diets” I tried over the years never yielded lasting results and left me feeling defeated, hopeless and thinking, “ WIll I always struggle? Will I always feel like this ? Will my health always be mediocre? Will my health decline as I age?
Then I learned that there IS a way to stop dieting endlessly, stop being afraid of food and still lose the weight and love myself. By making 1% progress each day I finally overcame my social anxiety, lowered my cholesterol by 40 points, had more energy to just live life, lost 27lbs in 5 months, made recovering from total knee replacement easier and even helped me during my breast cancer journey. I learned how to stabilize my blood sugar and heal my mind and metabolism.
Because of what I’ve learned to do for my body, mind and life I want to help other women transform their lives to unlock their full potential for energy, healing and hormonal balance and have real and sustainable health.
